Amazing service. So kind and very fast. Way better than CVS, Walgreens or Rite Aid. Never have to wait long on hold like I did at CVS when I call. And most of the time, they proactively reach out to me. Locally owned too.

I absolutely love this pharmacy!! They always make sure my medicine will be in by the time I need it and most importantly everyone is just KIND. It’s such a change of pace from the chain pharmacies. They just give me such peace of mind.

This is a wonderful small pharmacy. They can always get what I need, they have really reasonable prices, and they are personable. Every time I call someone actually picks up the phone! Unlike Walgreens, where I sometimes have been on the on hold up to 50 minutes before giving up.

Absolutely the BEST pharmacy we've ever used. After a year of dealing with Walgreens and absolute trash service, unfilled medications, inconsistent prices, spontaneous closures, "insurance issues", long, long, LONG lines and wait times, we finally had ENOUGH. With two medically complex kids and a whole host of my own health issues, we needed convenience, consistency, and quality customer service. We decided to try Battlefield Pharmacy solely because it was close, offers delivery, and takes our insurance, but they have proven themselves to be so much more! With the option to text in refill requests, INSTANT fulfillment, calling to check on medications before filling and reaching out to providers directly for refill prescriptions, to offering their own prescription savings plan, and doing EVERYTHING with the insurance, they are amazing. To add to it all: the staff are AMAZING! Always warm, friendly, and patient- whether on the phone or in person. Even their delivery drivers are pleasant! We are so happy with the switch and will never go back to Walgreens!

My Original review remains the same! I just want the WHOLE WORLD to know this was the “BEST MOVE,” I ever made. PLEASE SUPPORT YOUR SMALL BUSINESS MAN❤️❤️❤️✝️🙏🏻 Wow! What a Wonderful Team and Phenomenal Customer Service!!! These people know how to treat Customers with DECENCY and RESPECT! They go “OVER AND BEYOND,” the call of duty! They have been there for me! They answer their telephone calls. Educate you on your medications and managed to get all my medications on one pickup or maybe down to 2- a month. It does not matter which Pharmacist I deal with they are so kind and full of tons of patience with me. Love Mike and the other pharmacy technicians! ❤️This is down right “good old home service,” like it was “back in the good old days.” You want wait in line outside a building or inside for hours. DK runs this business like a business should be run!❤️ They keep you informed on you medications or any issues! They call you and stay in touch and now have a wonderful app to help with those who like dealing with technology! So, very happy for their journey! So, glad to be away from the “RAT RACE PHARMACIES!!! THESE PEOPLE AND BUSINESS are UNBELIEVABLE TO THEIR CLIENTS!” I am so at “PEACE!” Thank you, God! I’ve been growing frustrated with the incredibly long wait times and consistently rude staff at CVS, so I decided to give this independent pharmacy a test run by having prescriptions sent over from urgent care. The difference was literally night and day. Within two hours of the prescription being sent, I received a call from the pharmacist confirming they had received and filled the order, and that it was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was immediately served and handed my medication with a smile from the girl at the counter. Not only were the meds cheaper than what I would have paid at CVS, but I was in and out in only a few minutes. I haven’t had a good experience at a pharmacy in quite a while and this was such a nice change. If anything changes, I’ll update my review, but I’ll be getting my medications filled here from now on.

Battlefield pharmacy on battlefield in Chesapeake VA is the best. Wonderful and pleasant staff, atmosphere, reasonable prices, delivery person wonderful. All staff is caring and on top of everything. Best pharmacy I have ever been in anywhere.

Quick service. Greeted by staff as soon as I walked through the door. Good experience all the way around. Not busy like the bigger pharmacies. Get that professional human interaction.
